How it works
Three steps after each session, and the admin around it is done.
After a session, speak for a minute or two about what happened. Or type it, scan a handwritten page, write in sections with no AI, or, with your client's consent, let NoteSono take notes during the session.
NoteSono drafts the note in your format, from SOAP and DAP to EMDR, couples and supervision: 20 in all. You read it, change anything and sign it. A signed note is locked; later changes go in a dated addendum.
In the same step, book the next session, add the invoice line and schedule a measure, so the note, the diary and the money stay in step.

Registered with the ICO (ZC045529). Records are held in the EU and encrypted. AI providers we use do not train on your content.
Record each client's consent to AI. A client who says no can still have notes, written by you without AI, and you can switch AI off entirely.
