Does NoteSono record therapy sessions?
No. NoteSono does not record your therapy sessions. You speak or type a brief post-session summary in your own words after your client has left. That summary is what gets formatted into a clinical note.
How does NoteSono handle client data?
Your notes are stored in the EU. Some AI processing uses providers outside the UK and EU under data processing terms that exclude training on your data. We are ICO registered (ZC045529) and we provide a data processing agreement. We ask you to use reference codes rather than names; NoteSono never needs a client's name. A client consent template is included in your account.
Does it work on my phone?
